Use

As an item of clothing, tapping on a stack of boots when they are in a blockhead's inventory will offer buttons (both at the blockhead and its inventory) to put on the item. Alternately, they may be dragged to the "boots" space in a blockhead's clothing inventory section. They are taken off by putting on a different pair of boots or by dragging them out of the "wearing" space.

When equipped with boots, a blockhead is able to run at a faster pace than if bare footed. The environment bar and happiness bar will steadily decrease at a slower rate than for an unequipped blockhead.

Over time, if leather boots are equipped on a blockhead, the boots will slowly degrade and eventually be destroyed. They will not take wear if the blockhead is standing or walking on stairs.

Crafting

Leather boots are able to be dyed to customize the appearance of a blockhead. Both dyed boots and an empty bucket will be returned to the blockhead's inventory.
