Iron Ingots are one of the more useful created resources in The Blockheads.
Appearance
Ingots are oblongs with rounded ends and shading to suggest additional rounding. To look like iron, it's colored gray with a light top and dark bottom. It can be told from steel by its thinner shape and slightly darker overall color.
Where Found
Iron ingots are sometimes found inside golden chests spawned with a world, or generated as bonuses by a gold pickaxe or meditation.
The smelting of an iron ingot can be done at a Lvl. 2 furnace or an electric furnace.

Iron ingots can be used on a Lvl. 3 tool bench to upgrade it to Lvl. 4 tool bench, which can then make axes, machetes, pickaxes, and swords with iron. Each tool also requires one or more sticks.

Notes
Prior to version 1.4, it required five coal instead of two to create an iron ingot at a furnace.
