Line 1: Line 1:
To obtain a gold ingot, you must Find a cavern, and mine gold nuggets. Gold nuggets look very similar to iron ore before they are mined, but gold nuggets are mined at a quicker rate, and the rocks have less gold dots on them the dots on iron ore. After finding and mining the gold nuggets, one must create a level 3 furnace, and put the gold nuggets in the furnace. 3 gold nuggets will yield only one gold ingot, much like ores. So, each gold ingot must be used carefully, as they are not very common.
Gold ingots are a yellowish bar-shaped item.

Where Found
Gold ingots are crafted from gold nuggets in a level 3 Furnace, requiring three nuggets to produce one ingot.

Gold ingots are also one of the possible bonus items produced by using a Gold Pickaxe on common stone.

Crafting
Gold ingots can be used to craft two items: a Gold Pickaxe and a Gold Block.
