The game offers (optional) achievements for fun. Achievement status is tracked on the "View Achievements" screen and in [[Game Center]] where points are also tallied. All achievements are worth 10 points. Achievements are only obtained once on each device, not per world.

Achievements are provided to the iOS versions of The Blockheads through Apple's native [[Game Center]] by a user completing a certain task within the game. There are currently a total of 45 achievements totaling 450 points for The Blockheads.
