Being a nerd, now I am tempted to make a table of suggested ideas. It could include stats about the top suggesters, how many reflect Minecraft or some other game, and how many are already implemented in The Blockheads. I wouldn't put it in the suggestion page, probably on my user page. I would need some help with making tables because I am not very good at formatting, but I could collect all the data. I could also make tables for some of the other pages on the wiki, like most frequent commenters or editors. Do we already have anything like any of these? Would you like to see this?
