-this chest would only transport the items one way (normal portal chest to one way one) and you would not be able to send things likk the south pole boots or the sinrise hat of fullness (to stop people from farming the things)
-i think a good idea would be to have a one way portal chest available from lvl 1 portals
-the chest would be red in color and would vibrate to show that it is unstable,
-it would be crafted from the portal from a dirt block, a piece of stone and 20-50 time crystals.
