Fishes are found in bodies of water with kelp in it, the the fish can be caught by tapping the bucket on the fish. The fish in the bucket goes into the [[Blockhead]]'s [[inventory]]. When you tap water, there will be a white colored box around a bucket where you tapped, when you tap the fish, there will be a green colored box around a bucket where you tapped.
