Bureaucrat

Hey, do you think you might be able to add me to the Bureaucrat list? With the Wiki coming together very nicely, it would be great to have another user or two with Sysop privileges. Since you are not on as much as I am, I would be able to promote users who I feel could deal with the responsibilities of being a Sysop. It will also lessen the burden for me constantly checking in on things and being the only one who can change the Main Page. With different people contributing on here at different times, it would be helpful. If not, at least promote McClaw to have Sysop rights. Thanks. Cdrras (talk) 08:26, 12 March 2013 (MDT)

You are at the top of my list for Bureaucrat access. Before setting that up for anyone I'd like to have some guidelines in place for promotions. Would you take a stab at that? The simpler the better in my view. Also, McClaw has Sysop rights as of last week.
