Skill Levels for Efficiency (Like MCMMO)

It bothers me sometimes when I'm trying to craft an item and it takes so long. I am suggesting a system resembling MCMMO in Minecraft. Like in reality, yiu get better at something the more you do it. If you craft a certain number of items (or you spend a certain amount of time crafting items, so you can't just craft an item that takes a short time to craft to level up quickly) your Crafting skill levels up. For each level you pass, the next level takes longer to pass. Also, for each level you pass, crafting takes less time. This could also work for Mining and Farming, etc. If you break a certain number of blocks, (depending on their durability values,) your Mining skill increases. Higher Mining skill may give you a chance of getting duplicate ores. This skill level system could also be applied to Farming (faster-growing crops and more crops when farmed), Sailing (sail faster), Riding (donkeys go faster when you're riding them), Swords (hits deal more damage), Archery (arrows do more damage), and a different skill for each different craft bench. Please comment if you have more skill ideas or you want to add something! GizmoDude (talk) 07:10, 3 March 2016 (MST)

Automated Crafting

I love the Blockheads, but sometimes, crafting can be sometimes tedious. While I understand the need for the game to be highly interactive, sometimes I wish there was a way to craft without actually having your Blockhead standing there. My idea was this: -Either develop new automated machines that run on electricity, or revamp the current ones to include a hopper function. It would work by having the Blockhead place an item (eg. Oil) into the hopper of a machine (eg. Refinery). The Blockhead would then choose what item he or she would like to craft (eg. Fuel) and could then walk away while the machine does the work. The hopper would work the same way as a Chest, and the completed product would be placed into another Chest. The machine would of course take up more electricity than if the Blockhead were to refine or craft the items manually, but the Blockhead would not have to be present during the actual crafting process. This already half-exists in the form of the Steam Generator, where the user places a fuel source, usually Coal, into the generator, and can walk away while it produces electrify. The Automated Crafting idea would be basically the same thing.

Thoughts?

--User:TheEighthDay (talk) 19:24, 23 March 2015 (MDT)

The problem is that if you had automated crafting is that it would kind be like cheating plus non automated crafting makes the game more realistic

--Remi (talk) 10:10, 27 March 2015 (MDT)

On the contrary, automated crafting would make the game more realistic because that is how it is in real life. I am not saying this should be a feature at the start of the game, but while people are going around suggesting laser guns and zombies and alternate dimensions, this is a realist way to add another feature to the game with more advanced technology. Obviously one would have to reach a certain level of development to achieve this technology, but that is how it is with everything else in the Blockheads. And it would in no way be considered cheating. I merely suggested it for crafting things like fuel, gravel, sand, and maybe torches and stuff. Nothing complicated, but enough to remove the dull part of crafting that requires extensive time and energy to achieve a temporary result.

Additional Uses for Clay

I have been thinking that there should be more uses for clay other than to make Cups, Bricks, and Oil Lanterns. One of my suggestions:

--- Sculpting - The Blockhead could use clay at a potters wheel to make pots or urns (alternatives to Chests, a more decorative feature that can be painted), or to sculpt Terra-Cotta Statues.

Thoughts?

--TheEighthDay (talk) 11:48, 24 March 2015 (MDT)

I think this is a great idea. I also think that they should be able to be dyed.

)

--Remi (talk) 10:15, 27 March 2015 (MDT)

It's pretty nice and will work as a decoration, but I had thoughts that it could also be used for cooking over the campfire and make stew which can can placed down and consumed 10 times or something like that --Devaughn (talk) 22:23, 28 March 2015 (MDT)

New Ideas Part 1 (Trains)

I like the trains already available, but how about some extensions? Like ELECTRIC TRAINS? Electric trains can move faster than steam trains. How about adding SPEED RAIL? It will increase the speed the train moves when it moves onto it. And... A BULLET TRAIN? It would be the fastest though most expensive train. There are lots more ideas we can use to extend the trains part of the game... Stay tuned for more New Ideas!

Skis!

Make skis so blockheads can go down snowy, steep hills faster.

Birds

Birds

Who said we can't be creative? just a variety of birds you can catch name in a GUI and have as a pet

Starting Out

this chest would only transport the items one way (normal portal chest to one way one) and you would not be able to send things likk the south pole boots or the sinrise hat of fullness (to stop people from farming the things) i think a good idea would be to have a one way portal chest available from lvl 1 portals the chest would be red in color and would vibrate to show that it is unstable, it would be crafted from the portal from a dirt block, a piece of stone and 20-50 time crystals. --Lord lammington (talk) 02:27, 3 April 2015 (MDT)

Surgery and injuries, plus airplanes.

I think there should be ways to get injured bad enough to break bones and need surgery, like dropbears and especially cave trolls will cause broken bones. The tools for surgery will have starter tools that need stone, and eventually you can get steel and titanium tools, that will do the surgery faster. normal stone ones will take about 10-20 tc to finish surgery, and need another blockhead. Splints will be used for only one blockhead. titanium will take 5 tc and steel will take 7. Last of all, airplanes will be the harder way to fly but can hold more people, and travel way faster, they will take 30 carbon fiber blocks and 40 steel along with 2 jet engines and at least 10 fuel

Like A Boss

I think that random bosses should be added to the game. Also, include dungeons. The game would really improve if you could give others crystals in game or on server. That could be done for payments or rewards by admins. Those are what I think should be added.

What about a Scapanorhynchus Shark, a super-powerful underwater boss? --Blockheaddanny (talk) 09:01, 25 October 2015 (MDT)Blockheaddanny

Animals, Pets, Decor and more shops

It would be a cool idea if you could have pets in-game. You could have things like dogs (Found in the pine forest) and they could be tamed with a bone that you get when you kill animals. You could add cats, and tame them with fish. You could also have birds that fly around and land in trees, and horses that you can make a saddle (Leather) for. Breeding animals would also be cool. There could be cages (Like suggested before) with different levels for different animals, and transportation. Another thing you could add would be furniture; things like drawers, sinks (incorporating the idea of a water pump), and chairs. You could also place mugs of coffee and food on a table for storage, and have fridges for storing bigger amounts of food. Lastly, more shops would be great. At the moment, there is not much you can do with shops. If you could add things like buttons, dispensers, or things that you could interct with more, it would make sales more fun. Insect111 (talk) 23:03, 1 May 2015 (MDT)

Donkeys are already in the game and will do much of what you suggest for horses. What could be done with a tamed/pet animal? And shops are mostly for multi-player, not single-player. --McClaw (talk) 05:33, 2 May 2015 (MDT)

Machines

I love the blockheads but I think the game would be more enjoyable if it had cars in it. --Traynack (talk) 19:31, 2 May 2015 (MDT)

I love The Blockheads how it is, but it would be more nice if you added;Cars, Trucks, and Motorcycles. Rin Lover12345 (talk) 15:57, 5 July 2015 (MDT)

Bin : For deleting objects we don't want

I'm a very big miner and, after my excursion in the underground, I have many stacks of stone's blocks in my inventory, same in my chests. It's very awkward.

I was looking for the suggestions before and I saw the "De-crafting table", but stone can't be de-crafted, then I thought of that. A bin that would be in inventory at world creation and, when the item held is on the bin and when we release the finger, it's in the bin.

Hopefully this suggestion is read, Please accept my respect to your work.

Mrdioxyd76Mrdioxyd76 (talk) 04:33, 4 May 2015 (MDT)

There are two other options already in the game. 1) Sell them at a Trade Portal; you can use the coins to purchase items you do want. 2) Set up a "garbage dump", which is just a spot to drop items you don't want (a fancy version is a pit so the dropped items are out of the way); loose items will vanish in about a day. --McClaw (talk) 05:21, 4 May 2015 (MDT)

random shiz

some sugestions: 1. teleporters 2. more seeds and farming ill like some flowers 3. light emitting blocks 4. horses 5. complicated food crafting (like cheese + bread+ lettuce + dodo meat = dodo burger) 6. peaceable poison 7. be able to do a new map whit time crystals (so if you mess up in something you can easily restore it... if you have time crystals) 8. more animals 9. to make a bed whit pillows and everything 10. more glass colors 11. bosses 12. ability to change name in mid-game 13. more fuel stuff 14. relationships between your characters 15. new types of dirt 16. more trees 17. ability to speed time (when you want to travel far) 18. phone were you can trade (portable trading instead of going to the portal) 19. backpacks 20. machinery that can help you farming (like auto tree planting and framing)(or auto mining) obviously you will need to give the materials for the machines to work

well that's a lot hope some of these are added

Landwii (talk) 19:39, 21 May 2015 (MDT)

Teleporters are already added in the form of portals. The ablity to speed up time could be substituted with simply placing portals at far places when you get there, so you can simply teleport to them when necessary. You can hold trade portals in your inventory, so trade phones are unnecessary. You already have baskets, which can hold infinite items (by having a basket inside a basket), so backpacks are unnecessary as well. I do like most of your other suggestions, however! GizmoDude (talk) 15:35, 2 March 2016 (MST)

singleplayer to multiplayer

My suggestion is to have any world be able to switch from online to off. I believe this is a good idea because people want to start from the beginning with their friends. Another reason is people wanting to get far so people don't mess their worlds up then they'll have to start over again. I hope you take this into consideration.

  						~Jáy

You can connect with your friends via game center or a local game. This allows you to choose who can join your world. GizmoDude (talk) 05:47, 3 March 2016 (MST)

We still have Reinforced Platforms?

I feel I have to ask: Why are there still Reinforced Platforms in the game? Columns could be used to a similar effect, and with the November, 2014 update they're even less necessary. --McClaw (talk) 12:33, 28 May 2015 (MDT)

I agree with you. The description says "Build floating platforms" but when i tried to place it in the air it wouldn't work. --Blockheaddanny (talk) 09:41, 25 December 2015 (MST)Blockheaddanny
You have to pile up blocks first, then place it. Alsol (talk) 13:34, 2 February 2016 (MST)

My ideas

You should be able to write books with a max of ten pages to write tips and kill stats and stuff. Titanium coins, worth 100 platinum coins, should be a thing. There should be a bank, which can hold your cash with greater capacity than a chest.

--Blockhead Steve (talk) 15:06, 31 May 2015 (MDT), signing off

You could add these ideas I have thought of while I was playing on my server;Fur Blocks (They act like a soft bed, but also has a 20% chance of spawning a drop bear on it while you sleep on it ._.), Angel Wings (Ressurect instantly without using time crystals or waiting, have to be worn, you can fly faster than with a jetpack, speed boost 100%), Troll Blocks (Can disguise as any block in The Blockheads world! Even Portals and Time Crystals.) Well that's all of my ideas so far, maybe you could even add pets! Your best friend(s) or companion. Rin Lover12345 (talk) 16:12, 5 July 2015 (MDT), Rin Out!!!

New swamp biome!

I like The Blockheads how it is but I think it should have swamps. swamps are found in temperate regions. Flora: new tree: swamp tree. fruit: grows vines. trunk texture: like maple, only really dark black. can grow in water. other flora: vines, kelp found in central swamp. fauna: new animal: piranha. hostile, doing about the same amount of damage as a small shark. found in groups of 3 to 15. other fauna: fish. Swamps are covered in water as much as 15 blocks deep. swamp water looks slightly greener than regular water. unlike most bodies of water, swamps do not have beaches. please use my ideas!!! :)

---user:luk9

You should also have different kinds of wood in this game; you know, speakin of wood.

More sea creatures!

We need more sea animals. I have made a selection of animals I would like you to add. turtles. A turtle will lay 0-1 egg in its lifetime. eggs have same shape of dodo eggs but are completely white. Eggs can be eaten or placed on the ground to hatch. A turtle will have a 40% chance of spawning in a beach biome (at least a 2 by 2 mass of sand adjacent to at least a 2 by 1 mass of water). turtles move at a pace slightly slower than a cave troll with a max speed (attacked) of the same as a cave troll. turtles can pull themselves in their shell. with a bronze sword, it takes as long as it would to mine stone with your fist to break the shell. Turtles drop 1 shell which can be hanged or worn as a hat. crabs. when provoked, can do as much damage as a scorpion's claw. crabs spawn in the beach biome and can not drown, but usually do not walk farther than the oceans bedrock. drop raw crab meat which can be cooked in a electric stove with 1 iron pot making crab cocktail. angler fish. found in the new deep sea biome (same standards as ocean biome accept up to 60 blocks deep with ravines and mountains). Spawn at least 40 blocks deep. Can be reached with scuba gear: scuba helmet crafted with 4 dodo feathers and 1 window. scuba jacket and air tank crafted with 8 dodo feathers and 4 iron ingots. scuba pants crafted with 7 dodo feathers, and scuba boots crafted with 2 dodo feathers and 2 iron ingots. Allows you to breath in water and space. Can be used like a jet pack under water. helmet gives of as much light as a iron lantern. angler fish lure attracts fish that are killed by the angler fish and give of as much light as an oil lantern. passive, drops 1 oil lantern and 1-3 raw fish. please use my ideas!!! :)

---user:luk9

also whales two species blue which gigantic and a humpback both should have MO health and spawn in an 30*30 water space with kelp also krill might be good.

NPCs and iron golems!

we should have NPCs. They will be found in a sky land: a large collection of floating islands connected by bridges and ladders. An NPC will have a name tag above its head containing a randomly generated name, a profession and a heath bar. There are 4 professions: farmer, miner, tailer and crafter. NPCs can be traded with by clicking on them with any type of coin. farmers sell fruit and meat. miners sell stone, pickaxes and ores. tailers sell clothes, linen and beds. crafters sell stuff like carrots on sticks, chandeliers, cameras and other craft bench stuff. They will give a price to an item depending on how plentiful the resources used to make them are. They sell things for coins. NPCs will have a house that matches their profession. for example, a miner will have a house that has safes and golden chests and tool benches while a crafters house will have chests, shelves and a craft bench. New ore: heartstone ore. found only on floating islands (not sky lands) in quantities of 1 to 4. drops 3 heartstone ore which can be crafted into a heartstone block in a level 3 furnes. NPC: iron golem. spawn naturally in a sky land and protects the NPCs. It can also be built like this: put 2 iron blocks on top of each other and put 2 more on either side of the top one. place a heartstone block on top of the middle. A menu will pop up asking you to name your iron golem. they are always male. they have the same stats of a cave troll. please use my ideas!!! :)

---user:luk9

I like all of this except the iron golems, its blockheads dude not minecraft, but again the rest is a good idea even the NPC thing

All of his ideas are copied from minecraft. Alsol (talk) 13:37, 2 February 2016 (MST)

Knowing About Your Surroundings

You should use two glass and mercury to craft a thermometer. And a clock of 5 copper wire, and some other junk. It should tell you what day season and year it is.

THIS WOULD BE VERY USEFUL!!!!!!!

aLso u guys should not transform blockheads into minecraft no golems!!!!!!

Alchemy

I do not know exactly how to do this, but you could use alchemy to boost your blockhead's attributes.

Most of the potions are mixed in a Mixer. Craft it at workbench with 5 iron ingots, 5 copper wire, and 1 motor. At a level 1 mixer you can make: Speed I (made by using 1 bucket of water and 10 apples) it increases speed by 20% for 1 game day Health (made by using 1 bucket of water and 10 corn) it recovers health by 50% Level 2 upgrade (made by using 1 gold nugget and 1 amethyst) it enables crafting of Level 2 items At a level 2 mixer you can make: Speed II (made by using 1 bucket of water and 20 apples) it increases speed by 40% for 1 1/2 game days Protection I (made by using 1 bucket of water and 15 cherries) it makes you 20% protected from health damage for 1 game day Breathing (made by using 1 bucket of water and 15 kelp) you can breathe in water and space for 1/4 game days Level 3 upgrade (made by using 1 sapphire and 1 emerald) it enables crafting of Level 3 items At a level 3 mixer you can make: Speed III (made by using 1 bucket of water and 40 apples) it increases speed by 75% for 3 game days Protection II (made by using 1 bucket of water and 35 cherries) it makes you 35% protected from health damage for 1 1/2 game days Power I (made by using 1 bucket of water and 20 coffee cherries) it makes you 30% stronger for 1 game day Level 4 upgrade (made by using 1 ruby and 1 diamond) it enables crafting of level 4 items At a level 4 mixer you can make: Speed IV (made by using 2 buckets of water, 60 apples and 20 oranges) it increases speed by 150% for 6 game days Protection III (made by using 2 buckets of water, 50 cherries and 10 mangoes) it makes you 75% protected from health damage for 3 game days Power II (made by using 2 buckets of water, 35 coffee cherries and 10 coconuts) it makes you 70% stronger for 1 3/4 game days Level 5 upgrade (made by using 250 time crystals) it enables crafting of level 5 items LEVEL 5 MIXER!!! You can make: Speed V (made by using 5 buckets of water, 99 apples, 50 oranges and 20 limes) it increases speed by 400% for 14 game days And get ready for a special potion... UNSTABLE POTION! (made by using 1 bucket of water and 20 time crystals) Gives random effects. The chances of the effects are listed below. 45% chance: +Get 50% health +Get 50% fullness -Get -50% health -Get 50% hunger 35% chance: +Get 75% health +Get 75% fullness +Get 50% energy -Get -75 health -Get 75% hunger -Get -50% energy 15% chance: +Get 75% energy -Get -75% energy 2% chance: -Immediate death 1.5% chance: +Get 3 amethyst +Get 2 sapphire +Get 1 emerald 1% chance: +Get 8 amethyst +Get 5 sapphire +Get 3 emerald +Get 1 ruby 0.3% chance: +Get 15 amethyst +Get 12 sapphire +Get 8 emerald +Get 4 ruby +Get 1 diamond 0.19999% chance +Get 10 of each gem except diamond +Get 5 diamonds 0.00001% chance +Get a chest filled with chests of gems!!! Wow! That's all for now. Blockheadz2009 (talk) 08:31, 12 June 2015 (MDT)

Time Crystal Exchange

We could, maybe, exchange time crystals for coins. [Values are in platinum coins.] {Extra money in percentage exclude the base money, so for instance, the 750,000 time crystals deal, should be considered 21× rather than 20×} 1 time crystal to 0.0025. [2G50C] 10 time crystals to 0.0275. (+10% Value) [27G50C] 20 time crystals to 0.06. (+20% Value) [60G] 40 time crystals to 0.135. (+35% Value) [135G] 100 time crystals to 0.4. (+60% Value) [400G] 250 time crystals to 1.3125. (+110% Value) 600 time crystals to 4.5. (+200% Value) [4P500G] 1,500 time crystals to 15.75. (+320% Value) [15P750G] 5,000 time crystals to 75. (+500% Value) [75P] 20,000 time crystals to 450. (+800% Value) [450P] 100,000 time crystals to 3,375. (+1250% Value) [3,375P] 750,000 time crystals to 39,375. (+2000% Value) [39,375P] Please feel free to reply if you think the exchange rates should be worth more or less. Yes, the last few sound ridiculous but you can take advantage of getting 20× (technically 21×) the amount of coins. To convert the value to gold coins multiply by 1,000. For the 100,000 and 750,000 time crystal to coins packs, you will be given chests filled with the respective denominations. You could make some packs unavailable to lower levels of the trade portal.

How about a time crystal generator? It gives 10++ time crystals every game year. It requires 1 portal, 500 time crystals and 50 iron ingots. Blockheadz2009 (talk) 06:48, 13 June 2015 (MDT)

A "time crystal generator" already exists -- it's called earning time crystals for watching ads. --McClaw (talk) 05:09, 16 August 2015 (MDT)

A time crystal trade isnt very good cuz people are getting hacked shops to collect tons of money and hacked portals to buy it cheap forever, so that wouldnt be a great idea unless you want the game to turn into basically a hack, but the crystal generator that makes it every game year aint bad, even with hackers

My ideas 2

What if there could be sky islands that were made of lapis that aliens lived on? Pretty much, a green sky troll. Same stats as a cave troll, but green and would drop newly introduced platinum armor. They would guard a chest and 2 antimatter torches, pretty much a black ice torch. A decrafting bench would be nice. If you accidentally made an extra something, you could break it down again. A drill that could remove a maximum of 200 blocks instantly would be nice, but it would need 2 copper wire, a steel block, a diamond, a jetpack engine, and 50 fuel for the whole voyage. Also, introduce the black obsidian gem. That'd be sweet. Whales and dolphins in the ocean too. When killed, they drop a skull and meat. Dropbears and donkeys need a skull to drop as a trophy, and a killed scorpion could be taken and hung up as a trophy. A platinum bucket, capable of moving lava would be good too. Torches that are handheld to take with you cave exploring would be good. Also, a coat at the north pole. Same thing as the hat, but a shirt. That way, you don't have to switch between hunger and heat. Also, a new hazard: thirst. To fix it, drink buckets of water or coffee.--Blockhead Steve (talk) 16:19, 13 June 2015 (MDT)

Not bad ideas, but when you craft something, it is brand new. What happens if you de-craft a tool with wear, such as a stone pickaxe with 45% durability? Do you calculate 100% divided by the number of items used -1? In this case, you need 20% or more durability to get 1 stone, =/> 40% for two, =/> 60% for three plus the stick (thus any percentage that is =/> 50% includes stick) =/> 80% for four stone and one stick, and = 100% for five stone and a stick. Same thing with clothing and armor. What part would materials be given back, depending on the wear of some items. The skylands could be like, at least 50 blocks above official space level.

Blockheadz2009 (talk) 19:11, 13 June 2015 (MDT)

Rip off with the time crystal generator because it wastes 620 time crystals, .-., but the rest is not bad, not bad at all. Rin Lover12345 (talk) 16:18, 5 July 2015 (MDT)
You are a noob, blockheadz. First of all, in reality platinum is very weak. Second of all, antimatter explodes with a nuclear blast when it comes in contact with normal matter. Alsol (talk) 13:43, 2 February 2016 (MST)

Guns

Everyone as far as I know has said we should have guns in blockheads and I think we should too. In the electric metalworking bench you should be able to create bullets from Brass and Steel ingots (one of each) and get brass from zinc as a new ore, combining it with copper to make the brass ingots. Also in the metalworking bench you shpuld be able to make springs, attackments like flashlights, and basically every part of any gun. There should be a pistol for "noobs" that you can make in the regular metalwork bench. However, it would be weaker than maybe an iron sword. Shotguns and machine guns should take different ammo, like shotguns get these big single bullets but machine guns get rounds of about 10. Their should be different recipies requiring different materials for each weapon too, so noone can just make a shotgun from pistol materials. Finally, they should take a long time to break, the pistol should at about 100 shots, machine gun maybe somewhere around or below 500 and shotgun maybe 250.

How about a unique aiming and shooting system? If the player held their finger the screen, the player would be able to aim wherever they would like. And what about Scopes, which would increase how far you can see, but make your gun deal less damage? And would each gun have a different name, like a Uzi, P20, or AK-47? Should there be Assault Rifles and Snipers? And, one last thing. Should they be made in a different crafting station called the Gun Workshop? These are just suggestions, you don't have to add them. --Blockheaddanny (talk) 08:22, 7 November 2015 (MST)Blockheaddanny

Aerospace

The best ideas came to me today for this game when I got the wiki. So as my second suggestion today we should have a space program, like be able to make and design our own rockets and fly to other planets through space with you being able to collect rocks and ores that aren't even possible to find on Earth. It should take alot of fuel for the most basic spaceships to take off but when you make parts with uranium (a new ore) you can make it simpler and less difficult to make it to space. You should be able to make spacesuits to get asteroids and spacejunk from other players, and aliens can be the space enemy, but they are uncommon. As the final touch you will need to make a compressor to make oxygen to put in the ships and suits, along with stronger steel and compressed fuels. The compressor can be made from a piston which is made from the metalwork bench (electric) and a steel block and 10 wires. The piston out of 3 iron ingots and a wire. Thanks for reading my suggestions and please add on with anythin else!

Owner Portal Update

You should add more features to "Owner Portal", beacuse it's pretty boring without new features like;Lag Shields, Lag Removal, Fire Bug, and Water Rush (Water Rush allows the owner in Owner Portal to Get rid of lag more easier, because just going back to your server and putting lag into chests will allow other people to drop it on the floor again, while throwing it into lava takes soooooo long.) Yay for me I'm back!!! Yoyoyoyoyoyoyoyo! K, so about "Owner Portal", new and epic features are cool, but these ones are 100% more awesome feel free to edit the mistakes, I'm speed typing, OKAY? Creative Mode

You should add something like creative mode in Minecraft... It will help because I haven't played in a long time, and it will help me discover all of the new features.

unbreakable buckets and others

Unbreakable buckets will be used for getting lava since its unbreakable. Also I willlike all the planet Mercury to Uranus and space suits and rockets pluss in the middle of the earth unbreakable stone + diamonds + titanium. Next I want a breaer of the unbreakable. Hey Rin here, this is a page of Randomness. This is why it's called the Randomness Rin signing out! Rin Lover12345 (talk) 16:25, 5 July 2015 (MDT)

Now suggesting my ideas, so these are my ideas;Toilets (Like real life toilets, but will need toilet pipes, toilet pipes are made out of ceramic or iron, ceramic toilets use ceramic pipes while iron toilets use iron pipes.) Well I'm only gonna give one idea for now, but, PEACE OUT PPL!!!Rin Lover12345 (talk) 16:32, 5 July 2015 (MDT)

Skill

Of course we have skill. So how about if we adding skill in the blockhead?and adding skill window by tapping blockhead portrait.so,after tapping blockheads portrait we have an option:blockheads status and skill status.we can add three skill:farming, mining, killing,.that skill have a level from level 1-10,unlike the farming skill have max level 12.and we can add reward item from level up a skill. Example, mining skill level up to 3 get platinum pickaxe, farming skill from level 6-12 will get gem tree.each level have one type of gems and count to 5,killing skill if leveled up to 4 get iron spear.it's three time much better than flint spear(same level of iron sword). That's all my suggestion. Plz read write comment's below. I apologize if i have wrong typing.Thanks :).--Raihanghazy (talk) 16:58, 13 July 2015 (MDT)

If This Is Added, It Would Be Cool If Some Crafting Recipes Require Certain Skills To Be A High Enough Level To Craft, Also, How Would We Level Up The Skills?

Parachutes

Now in one of my worlds, I have the GREATEST sky base with a railway system and there is only 1 tiny problem, I FALL OF AND DIE, I wish that you could make parachutes. You could craft them at a craft bench lvl 2 for 3 string and 5 fur and you could put it on the chest of your blockhead character so when you fall of from at least 4 blocks, it will deploy and slow you down so when you reach the ground you will not take fall damage and can have 50 uses before it breaks and you can dye them also with any color you want. I hope you take this idea into consideration because I think it would be a cool idea, plus I can stop dying!--Traynack (talk) 23:19, 16 July 2015 (MDT)

i think u should add pets & kids

If we have pets we will be able to train them.to tame a pet u need to make a coler, which u can die in dieting bench, made from 1 string 2 leather & 1 fur if u want a dog make a leash made from 1 leather & 1 string To get children female & male blockhead stand each in da same square & it will pop in females inventory if hers is full it will not work & u can make dubble beds & kid beds & cribs & toys! Hope u like my ideas! By:tawny tail€tawny£tail€ (talk) 12:57, 23 July 2015 (MDT)

Electronics

The game should add electronic lights, signs, televisions, radios, computers, brewing systems, furnaces, and other electronic things.

Furniture

Furniture would be made in a wood furniture workbench that would be crafted by using 4 pieces of wood. The things that are made in there are:

• tables: 4 sticks and 1 wood. • chairs: 8 sticks and 1 wood. • wooden bench: 4 sticks and 2 wood. • wooden desk: 6 sticks and 2 wood.

And if you want comfy furniture you would make it in the tailor bench. The crafting recipes are:

• couch: 1 wooden bench, 3 dodo feathers, and 2 linens. • comfy couch: 1 wooden bench, 8 dodo feathers, and 4 linens. • comfy chair: 1 wooden chair, 2 dodo feathers, and 2 linens.

For the kitchen you would need to build the food preperators bench which would need 3 steel ingots, 2 iron ingots, and 5 oil. The products given from the bench would be:

•oil burning stove: 2 steel ingots and 10 oil, and 2 glass. • electric stove: 2 steel ingots, 10 copper wire, andglass 2 glass.

(Stoves cook food faster than fire and also cook popcorn (1 corn)

• fridge: 1 ice, 2 steel blocks, and 1 iron door. • freezer: 4 ice, 2 steel, and 1 iron door.

A few reasonable suggestions

my first suggestions are about travel. I believe we should have planes, but small ones. all of our other transportation methods are generally small, unless you have a lot of passenger trains. the plane could be made with a huge process, much like the jetpack. (several benches to be made, etc.) There could be a passenger plane and a cargo plane that could be crafted along with other things needed for the plane in an air travel bench. This would give us another use for the fuel used in jetpacks.

another travel suggestion I have is wagons. I haven't seen this on the suggestions page, so I figured I could suggest it. the wagon would just be a small, regular wagon, maybe having the appearance of a moving steel boat without a mast and having wheels. There is already a way to get wheels (trains!!!). the wagon would attach to a donkey and be able to carry a passenger or cargo for the character riding the donkey. while the donkey is hooked up to the wagon it cannot jump, but is able to get up and down single blocks. I would probably paint my wagon a traditional red:)

another suggestion I have that may fall under the travel category is parachutes. sometimes I'm jetpacking and having soo much fun that I forget to check my fuel. now if you wanted a parachute you would have to craft a parachute jetpack. this requires some linen, string, and a jetpack. the parachute is activated automatically when your jetpack dies. You must be at least 35blocks above ground for an automatic activation.

my next suggestions are about animals. a basic suggestion I have for animals is albinos. this game is pretty realistic I can see because of the electricity and everything. Besides portals and time crystals and cave trolls, personally think it is quite realistic. Albino animals would add character to the world because it would be a rare sight and you might cage the animal, ride it or protect it, show your friends, etc. They would have the same commonness as that of a cave troll. they would be white with red eyes. (tbh I think an albino dodo would terrify me)

another thing I have to say about reality being in blockheads is sickness. I know you get sick but if there were communicable diseases, that's a whole new things (sorry thiss is off topic about animals) I think you could get the disease and the server admins might ask you to get quarantined or something or offer you the cure or a hospital you would get the disease(which would be extremely hard to cure) and your health would very slowly begin to deplete throughout a few days. if you don't get the medicine, you may die or be weak for a while. here's a few disease suggestions: salmonella (from eating raw dodo meat or eggs) rabies (from being attacked by an ill DRopbear) cold (from freezing, you won't die from it but your blockhead will be slow and weak and it's communicable and curable) malaria (since there are no Mosquitos you just get it and "oh my I must have malaria!")

or maybe some fictional diseases at the top of the screen where it normally says how much blocks of air you got in a hand car or why your blockhead is working slowly it will say "John has gotten sick with a cold" or whatever

anyways hunger and sleep are easy to get rid of these days so why not put another obstacle in people's way? (Omg it rhymes!!)

back to the animal topic I was very happy to hear about scorpions I've really wanted more animals for a long time you heard me about realisticness and animals play a huge part in real life life. so I say why not blockheads? we have a variety of animals on blockheads... the resourceful and nice ones( dodos and donkeys) and the dangerous and resourceful ones (Dropbears, cave trolls, and scorpions) but what are we missing here, you ask? Insects. yes I know they might be useless, but maybe they could spread diseases, or just look pretty(butterflies) people could have a flock of butterflies hangin around their tulip garden..

I heard about the coming update where there is seeds and server personalization, I think you should choose "normal" or "mythical" meaning you could have your server normal or if it was mythical your character could become a mermaid, find unicorns instead of donkeys, yeah you get it lol and I'm kinda sure that's never going to happen in blockheads so completely diss this paragraph please

I think there should be more animals (just like most oth er people)

I realize this is long now bye

Energy?!

Only ways to obtain energy are by: Sleeping and consumption of coffee / coffee (cherry)

Why not? More ways!

1-Hot-Chock

●1 Chocolate (Made by cocoa beans in a chocolate maker needing: ○5 Wire ○1 Electric Cooker ○5 Steel Ingots In a level 5 workbench) (Cocoa beans are a mutation of coffee cherry, ratio of spawning 1:25) ●1 Sugar (refined by sugar cane in a food shredder needed for other recipes) (Sugar cane grows near any water body. Must be TOUCHING water.) (Shredder: ○25 Steel Ingots ○25 Bronze Ingots (5 steel and 5 bronze ingots in the maximum level electric furnace can fuse to make a blade, needs 5 blades.) ○5 Wire) (To use a shredder is simple. Just choose the item to mill, in this case, sugar cane, and the yield will provide the product. It needs electricity to work.) ●1 Bucket Of Water (the bucket will be returned, obviously, unless it would fuse with the drink...LOL) ●1 Cup Mix in an electric cooker and... Ding! It is ready! (It increases body temperature and refills 1/2 of the maximum energy bar.)

2-Pop-Sop

●1 Mango, shredded ●1 Lime, shredded ●1 Sugar ●1 Cup Same thing with the hot chocolate. Ready! (Cools you down and refills 1/4 of the maximum energy bar.)

3-Ice-Spice ●3 Ice, shredded ●1 Chilli, shredded ●1 Cup Again, same. Just cook. Done! (Refills 1/4 of the maximum energy bar.)

4-Cold-Sold ●5 Cherries, shredded ●5 Limes, shredded ●1 Cup Boring...cook... Boom! (Refills 3/4 of the maximum energy bar.)

5-Heal-Deal ●20 Horned Apple (Mutation of apples, spawn ratio 1:65), shredded ●20 Twisted Carrot (Mutation of carrots, spawn ratio 1:55), shredded ●20 Spiked Sugar (Milled from spiked sugar cane [Mutation of sugar cane, spawn ratio 1:65) ●1 Cup No more cooking! You combine the mix in a level 1 workbench, and place the cup on the ground and let dry for 30 real-time minutes. Pour mixture into shredder and re-shred. The blend must now be REALLY HEATED. Use a camp-fire. FINALLY! It restores FULL ENERGY and permanently increases your maximum energy by 100 more energy points. Worth the trouble, I would say. Of course, you can buy and sell all the new drinks at a trading portal...

Was just interested to add more energy-increasing ways.

Submarines PLEAS AD IT IN NEXT APDATE

We could ad Submarines powered by charcoal or wood. The materials to make it are 20 of tin electric motor and steam engine also to charge it with electricity except of charcoal or wood. JIJO (talk) 04:52, 10 August 2015 (MDT) JIJO

Suggestions (1-Technology)

This is a new box of suggestions. Please post suggestions as replies and we can discuss ideas in a group.

First, my suggestions.

1-Technology

Machines could be powered more efficiently using double-wire, made with 2 copper wires per unit. Trains could be powered with electricity using electric trains. They are much faster. They need two parts. First part: Take 10 steel ingots, 2 train wheels, 20 double-wire (a separate recipe could be made exchanging 20 double-wire to 40 normal wire) and 10 wooden planks and craft it in the train yard. Second part: Take 10 steel ingots, 2 electric motors and 20 double-wire (same case for above) and again craft it in the train yard. Combine the first and second parts, then add a solar panel and a flywheel. Craft it, once again, in the train yard. Energy consumption can be adjusted in the train, minimum power used to stored in the ratio of 1:3, and maximum 1:1. Additional carts can be added to the electric train. The game should take note of extra carts adding weight to trains in real life and should adjust speed of the trains based on weight.

Posting rules for this group: 1. When creating new topics, start with n-(title), for example, the one above, 1-Technology. 2. Reply to current topics by changing the start of your message to n.x-(title), for example, 1.1-Technology. 3. Please do not use abusive or inappropriate subjects. 4. If you agree or disagree with an idea, you should give some reasons. 5. PLEASE SIGN YOUR NAME WITH 4 TILDES AT THE END, FOR EXAMPLE: ~~.~~ WITHOUT THE PERIOD.

1.1-Technology

I like the idea of an electric train, only I think that it should be cheaper. Maybe... -20 Steel ingots -2 Electric motors -30 Wire -6 Train Wheels -2 Connecting rods (Made in a train yard from 3 Steel ingots and 2 Iron ingots) -1 Copper block

I also think that it should require a pantograph (Made in a train yard from wire) on the 3rd block above the tracks, or a third rail pickup (Made in a train yard from 1 rail and 1 wire).

RobotSpark (talk) 22:00, 25 September 2015 (MDT)

Electric trains, I like the idea. Power is supplied through the rails. Each power plant can only power a certain length, so you need to add booster generators, maybe with a station. Cricket (talk) 16:43, 25 November 2015 (MST)

More Enemies and More Weapons

There are very few enemies in The Blockheads, the Dropbear, the Shark, and the Cave Troll. There are also very few ways to fight them. More enemies should be added, like Snakes and Blockhead Rouges. Also, more ways to fight things off, like shields, magic spells, and more swords.--Blockheaddanny (talk) 11:44, 16 August 2015 (MDT)blockheaddanny

For more detailed information, shields will be crafted at a Tool Bench for 5 flint, bronze ingots, iron ingots, steel ingots, and titanium ingots. Shields will block attacks. Magic spells will be crafted at a Craft Bench with a Spell Tome and the desired item. Spells include Ice Wave, requiring an Ice Torch, freezing enemies, Rupture, requiring 40 stone, breaking up blocks and flinging them into the air, and Water Shield, requiring 1 water bucket, drowning nearby enemies. Spell Tomes are dropped commonly dropped from cave trolls. Swords include Cutlass, crafted with 1 gold ingot and 3 iron, between Iron Sword and Titanium Sword, Ice Sword, crafted with 1 Ice Torch and 5 Ice, stronger than a Cave Troll's attack, and Poisoned Flint Spear, using 1 Flint Spear, and 5 Poison, poisoning enemies.--Blockheaddanny (talk) 06:44, 22 August 2015 (MDT)Blockheaddanny

Flint Shields? Now That's Just Silly, Wooden Shields Would Make More Sense, And Maybe Different Types Of Shields, Such As Round Shields And Rectangular Shields.--Erate (talk) 19:41, 7 February 2016 (MST)
Also, I Think Different Types Of Swords (Such As Longswords, Broadswords, Shortswords ETC.) Would Be Cool.--Erate (talk) 19:44, 7 February 2016 (MST)

Magma in Buckets

Be able to harvest/bucket up magma. Who knows, you may need it on the surface. But, to be able to do this you need a special crafted ice bucket.

flashlights for explorers

it would be cool to have flashlights with you especially when you are adventuring or mining because making/placing illumination sources takes too much work, so I'd love to have flashlights

+1 Maybe three blocks worth. Just enough light to take a few steps or see if you're at a cliff. Cricket (talk) 16:45, 25 November 2015 (MST)

More Items and Blocks!

Can you add Door with Pressure Plates, Furnitures like tables, chairs, and tubs, Sound Generators so you can create your own music and save them with Memory Chip.

=

  • Pressure Plate = 2 steel ingots, 2 copper wires, 1 electric motor
  • Chair = 4 sticks, 1 wood
  • Table = 4 sticks, 2 wood blocks, 1 clay
  • Tub = 4 iron blocks, 2 steel ingots,1 bucket of water, 1 copper boiler (It heals and removes poison)
  • Sound Generator = 1 electric motor, 1 steel ingot, 1 bell(a new material made by crafting with 1 string and 3 bronze nights)
  • --Memory Chip = 3 carbon fiber sheets, 5 copper wires

Dream Dimension

This suggestion will take a huge amount of effort, but will be well worth it! The Dream Dimension can be accessed by either sleeping in a golden bed or sleeping with a Teddy Bear. a Teddy Bear should be crafted with 5 Linen, and 2 Buttons (crafted with 1 plastic from trees) at a Level 2 Craft Bench. The Dream Dimension should be like a 3D enviroment letting you walk forward, backwards, and even sideways! Anything gathered in the Dream Dimension will be dropped in front of your bed. Exclusive items here include Topaz, Dream Portals, and Emerald Wood.--Blockheaddanny (talk) 14:37, 30 August 2015 (MDT)Blockheaddanny

How would tell your blockhead where to go on a 3D axis? RobotSpark (talk) 12:48, 18 September 2015 (MDT)
There would be a black square telling where you have selected, When it is tapped again, your blockhead will travel there. There will be a compass rose at the top left corner of the screen. Clicking it would make the screen rotate. To go up a level, hold the screen and rotate it around. You should be able to select a higher area. To mine, you would need the proper tool in your hand. --Blockheaddanny (talk) 15:57, 3 October 2015 (MDT)Blockheaddanny

That sounds too complicated. Besides, its pretty much one of this game's 'trademarks' to be two-dimensional. I would like more dimensions to be added, however! GizmoDude (talk) 15:25, 3 March 2016 (MST)

Special Servers

Servers are basically just The Blockheads with other people. I suggest adding special things to it. For example, servers could be special Minigame Servers, hosting minigames related to The Blockheads. There could also be factions servers, where players can break off into their own groups and wage war against other factions. Any ideas? --Blockheaddanny (talk) 15:30, 4 September 2015 (MDT)Blockheaddanny

Maybe there could be cart jumping competitions RobotSpark (talk) 05:07, 18 September 2015 (MDT)

Submarines & Helicopters

Blockheads only has a few means of transport. I think planes, choppers, freight boats, submarines, donkey carriages and hovercraft should be added. Do you agree? Fredddddddy (talk) 12:10, 11 September 2015 (MDT)

And....Dynamite for quicker mining and for enhanced PVP options Fredddddddy (talk) 12:34, 11 September 2015 (MDT)

Jetpacks for the air, trains and donkeys for the ground, and boats for the sea, I think we have enough methods of transportation. RobotSpark (talk) 12:46, 18 September 2015 (MDT)

Insta-grow

We should have an insta-grow thing where you put it on a specific plant and it grows mature instantly. This would be helpful for the impatient people... aaaaaand put it on pine trees on compost to have drop bears attacking you like nothing happened .-. but seriously this may be useful. To make it? Maybe... 100 Time Crystals, 5 Sunflower seeds, A cup and 5 Compost at a portal maybe? --El Firéball (talk) 03:08, 16 September 2015 (MDT)El Firéball

I like where you're going with this, but maybe intead of an item have a selection menu pop up when you tap the plant? Like, 'harvest' and 'speed up' options the way you can speed up crafting. GizmoDude (talk) 15:28, 3 March 2016 (MST)

New Creature AI, more creatures, more blocks and items.

Hey everyone. So recently I was thinking, 'there's not much to do...' And then I thought maybe I should add a suggestion here. Basically, for the first thing, I think better Creature AI should be added. They just act strange, and Cave Trolls aren't even a threat. I think if there was more of a use for Creatures then the game wouldn't get so old...Found the Cave Trolls, mined to magma, etc., etc. More blocks or items seems like it would be a good thing to add in my opinion, because there really isn't much to do. Oh, and by the way, at least learn proper grammar, people. 4 u? That was so 2013...Anyway. Thanks for reading.

Train Improvement

Let's start off with the basics.

The chest cart needs a re skin. I think there should be 2 variants: a goods van (1 extra wood in the recipe) and a tender (1 extra iron in the recipe), however these will purely be cosmetic and have no effect in game.

There should be 3 types of train. The current one that needs no nerf, the Electric Train and the Diesel Train. The Electric train would be the next tier and require a third rail pickup (1 rail and 1 copper wire to make) linked to a power source via copper wires. It would need no fuel other than that and run like a normal steam train, only it would go faster on flat tracks instead of hills. The Diesel would be the highest tier of train and it would run on fuel and fuel only. It would require one fuel as a maximum "fuel meter" like on furnaces, and would go fast on both hills and flat track. It would also have the option to be drove manually, not station to station.

Also they should be paintable. RobotSpark (talk) 05:08, 18 September 2015 (MDT)

I like the diesel idea. Make diesel from oil, maybe in two steps. It would be nice for other crafting surfaces as well. Cricket (talk) 16:46, 25 November 2015 (MST)

Suggestions (2-Trade Portals) and (1.1-More Technology)

Separate trade portals should have a use limit - how about 500 transactions per day? This would force server owners to make more trade portals. Also, this would make it harder for people to make huge money - for example fuel. They sell for high price, sometimes 3 times the price of jet packs. Selling a ton of fuel would give them the money - thus this feature can be added. Buying would also have its problems fixed - having too many buys allow people to use the resources to make for high-selling products, such as steel to steel blocks. Transactions that change copper-gold-platinum (or vice versa) coins to one another do not count as transactions.

2 new technology. First, a radio, from 1 steel block, 10 copper wire and 1 satellite dish - obtained from space stations found in space. This gives a prediction of the weather in the next 12 hours. It requires an electricity source. Second, a feature for light sources. Torches, lanterns and up/down lights will still emit light, however over time, they dim until they go out. Original light span: Torch: 2 game days, Oil lantern: 4 game days, Steel lanterns and up/down lights: 16 game days. Fuelling: Torch: Stick for 1 point-Pine cone for 2 points-Wooden planks for 5 points, Oil lantern: Oil for 5 points, Steel lanterns and up/down lights: Coal for 5 points.

Like my ideas? --Blockheadz2009 (talk) 08:18, 24 September 2015 (MDT)

New PVP/PVE System

Some people thing the old PVP is boring, as the only thing you can do is hit things with a sword. A more sophisticated PVP system should be added. A normal attack with a sword will do minimal damage. A combination of swipes should be added. For example, a sword slash would be preformed by swiping the screen forward, knocking enemies away. A swipe upwards could do more damage, but will do no damage to armor. A swipe diagonally upwards could do lots of damage, but make the next damage dealt 1.5x weaker for three seconds; effects will not stack. A swipe diagonally downwards will do maximum damage to armor, but little damage, A swipe forward, in a loop, then forwards again in quick succession would do a "sword flip", doing enough damage to reduce an armorless player to only 1 half of the death meter remaining. Bows can use an aiming and charging system. Enemies will have a knockback system, a attack system, and a resistance system. Dropbears will do slightly more damage if they land on you, They will pounce at you, dealing slight knockback. Sometimes, they will latch onto you, gradually dealing damage. You would have to swipe the screen multiple times to shake it off. They have no resistance. Scorpion's venom attack can be reflected, but it would have minimal effect on them. A sting will deal no knockback. They take 1.5x less damage from reflected poison. Sharks could sometimes leap ashore, but are easily killed. They are 2x resistant to anything that hits it while it is in water. Cave Trolls can slam you with both fists, knocking you away about 10 blocks. If they are attacked at this time, the move is cancelled, and the Cave Troll is tipped over. They may shoot a blue fireball, which will make a blockhead as cold as if they were in the South Pole for 2 seconds. It can be destroyed. Cave Trolls are more resistant the closer they are to the center of the world. When tipped over, they are 2x weaker, but will get up after 5 seconds. They are immune to arrows.--Blockheaddanny (talk) 16:18, 3 October 2015 (MDT)Blockheaddanny

New modes of transportation

I would really like to see more modes of transportation. There needs to be an easier way to get across the world without it being so expensive to make it. Some ways they can be sorted is by air, land, sea, and cable.

Air:

A. Buildings:

1. Helipad- the helipad allows you to use helicopters, hot air balloons, and hovercrafts. The way to craft it is 4 electronic lights, 6 steel blocks, and any stair. The helipad must be upgraded to allow the the crafts to land and take off.

•Tier One- Allows hit air balloon to land and take off. •Tier Two- Upgraded version of the helipad. To upgrade you must use 3 more steel blocks. Allows helicopters to land and take off as well as hot air balloons. •Tier three- The highest upgrade of the helipad. To upgrade you must use 5 steel ingots and 4 lights. Will allow all vehicles to land and take off.

2. Runway- allows airplanes to land and take off. To make it you will need 18 pieces of blacktop (crafted from smelting cobblestone and black sand together), 10 lights, and 9 sand stone.

Cable:

A.Building: The building will be the players design but must include the Cable Motor (10 steel, 5 wire, and 1 steam generator), Cable (10 wire) and a station platform to be able to accept cable cars.

B. Vehicle: Cheap Cable Car: travels at 5 blocks per second, fits one blockhead, and to build you need 1 iron door, 6 glass, 1 light (any light source), and 10 copper blocks.

Hmm... maybe add dirt bikes? They could travel quick on land, and can go up 4 blocks, but it would run on fuel. --Blockheaddanny (talk) 08:42, 25 October 2015 (MDT)Blockheaddanny

Blockheads Data Transfer

In The Blockheads, I'm wondering if you could transfer data from one device to another. My suggestion is that on the title screen there would be a button saying Data Transfer. You would need to be able to connect to Wi-Fi. First the player would have to enable their Wi-Fi. Then on the device you want to transfer to, the Data Transfer button must be pressed. Then the Data Transfer on the device you want to transfer from will have to be pressed. One both are pressed, the device you want to transfer to will have a message saying "<Wi-Fi name> would like to transfer data to this game" If the player clicks "No", then the Data Transfer will be cancelled. If the player selects "Yes", they must type in the Wi-Fi password of the Wi-Fi on the other device. If it fails to connect, it will say "<Wi-Fi name> could not connect." and it will have 2 buttons saying "Try Again" and "Cancel". If it succeeds to connect, it says "Data successfully transferred!", and everything saved on The Blockheads on the device transferred from will be saved on The Blockheads on the device transferred to. --Blockheaddanny (talk) 08:39, 25 October 2015 (MDT)Blockheaddanny

Events

Well, Christmas is coming soon, but i found that there are no seasonal events in The Blockheads. Maybe add special things, like Fireworks on New Year's Day, which will create a colorful display in the sky, Easter Eggs on Easter, which will disintegrate into Coins, Flaming Pumpkins on Halloween, which burst Time Crystals when mined, and Christmas Trees and Presents on Christmas. Christmas Trees should spawn Ornaments, and Presents can contain either Coal or a very helpful item.--Blockheaddanny (talk) 08:24, 7 November 2015 (MST)Blockheaddanny

Anvils

I know this may sound a bit like Minecraft, but Anvils should be in the game. They should be able to rename items and repair them. Anvils may also be made to "de-craft" an item, so you would get back materials from an item you don't want anymore. Also, anvils should be able to "upgrade" weapons by Durability, which will determine how many uses the item has, Strength, which will increase the damage of that weapon, and Efficiency, which will boost the item's performance.

Steel Uplight / Downlight becomes Steel Spotlight

Instead of having to craft separate items for where a directional light shines, what about making a single directional light that can be adjusted as to where it points? I imagine it working like this: A Spotlight has a "Direction" setting in addition to being able to be removed; Direction values are up, down, left, right, and the four diagonals, and will shine in an arc of up to 90 degrees centered on that direction from where it is placed. If placed against a back wall, it will appear in the middle of the space an can be directed anywhere. If placed against a solid block, it will appear attached to that block; it's also restricted from pointing toward an adjacent solid block (glass and black glass would not invoke this restriction) either directly or diagonally, but could shine parallel to its surface. All existing Steel Uplights / Downlights would become Steel Spotlights with their Direction set appropriately. Direction for a newly placed Spotlight would be either toward or away from the placing blockhead. Only the Spotlight owner (the one who placed it) or a world Admin can adjust the Direction or remove a Spotlight. --McClaw (talk) 21:24, 9 November 2015 (MST)

Transfer Worlds between devices

Would be nice if we could save worlds from a server or a other device.--SirGorgeJones (talk) 11:42, 10 November 2015 (MST)

Weather

I think you should try to incorporate other weather-related assets than just snow or rain to the game; something like a hurricane, maybe, that would knock down a few trees, destroy torches, and break open any chest left above ground or not under shelter. Also, maybe it could blow off any hats you might be wearing (but not the special ones found at the poles). Or i think a flood-type disaster would be a good addition, killing most all crops, destroying torches, and not only drowning any animals, but also allowing fish and sharks to be able to swim up to that maximum flood height. Eventually both these disasters would recede, though. Also, maybe a natural warning as well to these types of disasters would be useful, like you start to hear and see large amounts of wind before a hurricane hits, or for a flood, an abnormally strong rain shower occurs beforehand, something of the sort.

Here are a few disasters that could be a good idea:

Hurricane

Flood

Tornado (maybe not though, too destructive)

Earthquake

Tsunami (may be hard to program; a warning sign for this could be receding water levels)

Meteor Shower

Also, here are a few natural geographic features you should add to the game:

Volcano

Geyser

Underground Spring (may be found in caves and/or small pockets just below the surface)

Waterfall (diffucult for a 2-dimensional platform, so this one might not work)

Swampland Biome

Geyser Field Biome

Thank you for reading,

+1 Adding a bit of unpredictability. The first few storms should be gentle, so new players survive. Maybe a visible difference in storm strength, to indicate there might be more powerful ones in the future. Cricket (talk) 16:49, 25 November 2015 (MST)

Fountains

A recent post suggested this idea.

The current water dynamics doesn't have a water cycle. Without a third dimension, adding one would be problematic. But with a little thought, it should be possible to incorporate a fountain. This would be a block (possibly 2-3 tall) that automatically interacts with water, drawing it in below and spraying it out above. If it drains the reservoir below it, there's nothing to spray, so it's important to allow the water to fall back down below the fountain. To prevent infinite water generation, the fountain will also not function if the upper surface is submerged.

A geyser would be a fountain spawned during world generation. It would necessarily include water underneath it and gaps for the water to return there. The trick would be setting it up so the fountain runs out of water before enough returns, resulting in a pulsing spray. (The alternative would be that all fountains are periodic.) --McClaw (talk) 06:55, 11 November 2015 (MST)

This is an interesting thought; the information you presented is accurate, but i do have a question:
If the geysers/fountains varied in height, then the force of the fountain would have to correspond with it. Not only that, but the amount of water needed to keep the fountain or geyser would have to vary as well; the water quantity needs to be balanced precisely with the rate at which the water sprays out as opposed to drains in. This would also have to correlate with the travel time for the water to be pumped to the top to spray out and the time it takes to hit the ground. Also, these fountains would not be able to function at or exceeding a certain altitude, for the water would freeze over.
And for the underground spring idea i had previously, the water would be at an elevated temerature (i would presume), thus also making the water be "pure". This means that entering a spring could either harm or heal you, depending on the developer or programmer's preference, and drinking it would have the same effect as well. Also, some forms of life could be present around these springs too.
My question is, from what each of us have stated collectively, would these theories make sense?
Thank you,
--AmethystPick (talk) 13:02, 11 November 2015 (MST)AmethystPick
p.s.- My original thoughts for the geyser were that it would be periodic, yes. But after the points you made, i guess they could go either way.

Boombox and CDs

I think there should be Boomboxes and CDs in The Blockheads. Boomboxes are crafted with 20 Copper Wire, 5 Iron Ingots and 2 Antenna (1 Steel Block, 5 Steel Ingots and 5 Copper Wire) at a Level 4 Craft Bench. CDs will be crafted with 20 Iron Ingots also at the Level 4 Craft Bench. When a CD is crafted, a song can be put on it. Then, the player's Blockhead can insert a CD to play it. When a blockhead is nearby, it will start dancing, and it's Energy and Happiness will slowly increase. Also, players can input dance moves and even complete custom dances (e.g, the Lindy Hop). Also, on Multiplayer, players can participate in "Dance Off"s, where each player is given 10 random dance moves and must preform them in the order given to fill a bar. The one who filled the bar first wins.--Blockheaddanny (talk) 14:36, 14 November 2015 (MST)Blockheaddanny

I'm sorry, but don't straight-up copy minecraft. First of all, everyone will know that they would be copying it; second of all, there's copyright laws against that, you know, meaning they could get sued if they tried to use those achievement names. It's just not a smart thing to do. I do like some of your suggestions though, especially the dream dimension, but they shouldn't make it 3D, it would ruin the effect of the game; the only thing that might work is if it was a limited 3D environment, to where the total width of the platform would be somewhere between five and fifteen blocks across. Just wanted to let you know these few things, give me a response as soon as possible.

GPS

Know your latitude and elevation.

Maybe a sign that automatically shows the location relative to the portal. This helps you compare distances, say from your current location to one of several bases. Also, I'm a bit OCD about putting my main mine shafts exactly 100 blocks apart.

Cricket (talk) 16:53, 25 November 2015 (MST)

Mining / Boring Machine

Go in one of the four main directions.

Continue until you reach something that isn't rock, or you run out of light, or for a preset number of blocks. More advanced would include a flashlight, or even set a light (from a hopper) every so many blocks. Maybe slower than a steel pickaxe, but much easier than clicking on each and every block to mine it.

Cricket (talk) 16:55, 25 November 2015 (MST)

Waypoints, maybe another use for portals, easier route finding

A way to tell a blockhead to go to Base 1, without having to shrink and scroll to find it. Not nearly as fast, or expensive, as teleporting.

Yes, this somewhat duplicates the named train stations. I've had mixed luck with long train routes.

When navigating long distances, instead of testing each possible route, first find a route using just portals, then worry about a route for each section between portals. This will make route finding faster (and less likely to crash). It encourages players to make smooth routes between portals. Also, if there are too many waypoints to list on the screen, list the closest ones, maybe with GPS location (maybe in 100-block units to save text).

Cricket (talk) 17:00, 25 November 2015 (MST)

Tree shaker, to drop all the fruit to the ground

Not as important once you've explored a bit, but early on it would be nice. Maybe half or more of the fruit get damaged. Or maybe an automatic harvester. (I tried the tin foil hat, but it was very unpredictable.)

Cricket (talk) 17:02, 25 November 2015 (MST)

Colour-blind mode

It's almost impossible to convey a lot of information through colour without being unreadable by one or another of the colour-blindness types.

In colour-blind mode, replace visible items that have similar colours with a high-contrast symbol.

This would also help when playing on dim screens or in low light.

Overall, I'm enjoying the game, probably too much. Most of my suggestions have to do with avoiding repetitive injury of my hands, reducing scrolling (which my tablet doesn't like), and knowing where my blockhead is.

Cricket (talk) 17:07, 25 November 2015 (MST)

i think this is a really good idea. I myself do not have any form of colorblindness, though i do know a few people who do. It would be really helpful to not only them, but others around the world. And i agree that high contrast is the way to go, though i would refrain from making that contrast overly unrealistic, instead try to include the highest contrast available while still trying to achieve a "natural" feel to the game.
Once again, great idea, and thanks for reading my comment,

Stuff (Edit)

I will re-post what I have posted a few minutes ago as there was an error with the title.

I call this post 'Stuff' because there is no suitable theme to classify all of the ideas.

There are ways to join servers. Name search, Random world, and Online IPs. (iOS) Game Center / Google friends can invite their friends to world's. Advanced settings can be enhanced. There is an option called Find Friends. You can write player names and the world/s they have played are displayed.

Another idea: Studying. Books can only be bought from trade portals and have a base buying price of 5 platinum coins and base selling price of 2.5 PC (2PC 50 GC). You will need to craft a lectern of wood in woodwork bench, with 2 wood. Use with book to read, default is 8 TC for instant. Intelligence is obtained by studying and affects your crafting success rate. Default intelligence is 50, maximum 100, minimum 0 and drops over time. Success rate is displayed in the working benches. Upon failure, you will receive HALF of ONE component of the item attempted to create. Some items have a success rate of 100%, even at 0 Intelligence. --Blockheadz2009 (talk) 03:45, 3 December 2015 (MST)

Stuff 2

We have more stuff! Again, there are a few ideas here so they cannot be classified in one word other than 'Stuff'.

Jet Pack: What if we ran out of fuel or the jet pack broke and forgot to bring extra fuel or new jet packs? Using leather and string at a craft bench would make a Parachute which will prevent fall damage when falling. This seems desirable as it would be cheaper than more fuel or jet packs, but, the downside is that parachutes have only ONE use.

Ice: Ice has the use of making water, building stairs and columns. There would be another use for ice: Iced Coffee. Just add ice to coffee. Coffee would, just like the chilli, raise body temperature by 10°C. On the other hand, iced coffee would lower body temperature by 10°C. Iced coffee restores the same amount of energy as hot coffee.

Magma: A magma drill PART could be made at an ELECTRIC metalwork bench, for 5 titanium blocks and 5 magnets. A magma drill is then made with 10 magma drill parts, 10 magnets and 1 bucket. The drill will go 10 air blocks down or less, depending on how far from magma, and cannot go down if blocked by any non-air block. The drill would have the option Drill Magma, in which it will take some time to fill the bucket. This bucket of magma can be used to make basalt or used as a natural incinerator (please edit if you have another idea for the bucket of magma.). --Blockheadz2009 (talk) 20:02, 3 December 2015 (MST)

Why not add ship

I know ship are very big but please add them I was think of make the RMS TITANIC SO I CAN SAIL ON THE SEA IF YOU HIT SOMETHING YOU START TO SINK SO BE CAREFUL And it becomes a ship wreak on the sea floor where you can visit it but for the sink of ship it can sink side way or head down or stern down or sink down by bow and stern at the same time but ship can only be build by ship yard breach of you want to get rid of the ship you have to take it a part by take a part breach IF THIS WAS ADD TO THE GAME BY FUNKMJ OR SUB ME ON YOUTUBE MY CHANNEL NAME IS FUNKMJ TEAM p.s you can make ship from today and from a long time ago but if you make a ship very big you have to have the server or world very big so it be easy to move round and please add iceberg to the game so if a ship hit it on the side and open more than the ship can hold if flood it will start to sink if the it very heavy in the front or back it will break part and you will have to make lifeboat to save people live but it only can have 30 lifeboat but if you hit the iceberg head on you will stay a float for only a few days so if you don't not get it fix by it three day if hit head on by a iceberg you will start to sink so you have to stop the ship if you start to sink and send sos out for if you don't know what sos mean it save our ship. So if the owner of the blockhead game see this please add this I think more people will play the game more But you will need a lot of more room to make ship very big as of the queen Mary 2 but titanic will be hard to make and titanic sister ship will be hard to make sure it look easy but it will not be easy you can't buy the part for the titanic and titanic sister ship but to of one of titanic sister ship sank and the last of titanic sister was Olympus ship but if your ship is bigger the long it will take to sink down if you are moving when the ship is flooding you will sink faster so be careful if you are sink or if you hit another ship it may not ship if it not open a lot of the watertight room but if it was small ship it will sink if it hit by a big ship

Platforms other than phones

A version of this game would be awesome on the PC, 3DS, and other platforms. I know that many people would also like to buy this game on consoles and PC. MarioNINJA (talk) 12:16, 29 December 2015 (MST)

Birds (not dodo birds, flying birds), more ranged weaponry, volcanoes

Flying birds would add alot to the game's atmosphere, and more bows to kill those birds or dropbears. If volcanoes are added then they should have a lot of ore, rare ore is near the magma, common ore near the top. Volcanoes produce ash that is a substitute to compost, but a bit worse, and it doesn't have any worms. Volcanoes will erupt once or twice and destroy everything in an area of 500 blocks and turn water into new land. Volcanic eruptions last for 20 in-game days and once over can be repopulated, and the ash will be there replacing some of the dirt. The island/s near the volcanoe will be completely destroyed (no trees, no fish nearby, no animals,no grass on dirt and plants)but the plants and trees can be replanted, and due to the ash they'll grow quicker. Just my suggestion. Sorry for the barage of text.

Electronics, BL, and Limited 3D.

Maybe TV's, Computers, and a block limit? Maybe a limited 3D Plane? Maybe 5-7 blocks wide? Please respond. Dont laugh at me or I will cry. And then my house wll flood. And then I'll drown. In my own tears. :P --Powerfulsanta44 (talk) 15:55, 30 December 2015 (MST)ps44

My suggestions -By 8BitNaga-

Okay so my suggestions are I. Add more ranged weapons, like guns II. Add a submarine III. Add more clothes IV. Add armor slots and zdd vanity slots V. Add space suits VI. Add scuba wear VII. Add some small underwater city with loot in it that can be found deep in the ocean VIII. Add underground kingdoms IX. Volcanos X. Bigger boats (That can carry more blockheads) XI. Diseases XII. Boat docks XIII. Random abandoned buildings--

I think that should be all --8BitNaga (talk) 13:41, 31 December 2015 (MST)

Multiplayer in one player worlds on Andriod

I think you should make multiplayer on one player worlds (at the moment) I think it would be fun to play on worlds that aren't servers with a friend when they are connected to the same Wi-Fi as you when you are playing on android, since I play on an android cell phone and tablet, and I have no iOS device. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ShimmeringSun (talk) 04:56, 23 January 2016

Random suggestions

Great game and a big fan of it. A big world to explore the sky and underground. This alone keeps me busy for hours and hours when i want to kill some time. Not to mention the things you have to craft to reach these places in your blockheads world.

These are just some ideas to add to the game that dont seem too difficult to add in and wont completely change what you guys already have created as far as this game goes.

Headlight like the ones that people use when working in mines wear. Like a hardhat with a light built into it.

No advertisments.

Have local players that can join your world on android. Couple of my friends have ios operating devices that want to join my world/me wanting to join their world. And a couple of them have android and it would be cool to join them too.

A way to place or mine numerous blocks in a specific direction.

Crash free app would be cool but you guys have fixed that quite a bit recently.

While meditating the blockhead automatically picks up what they dropped after a meditation cycle would be nice.

It should be day time a little longer then night time.

Have a setting to where you can choose to pickup items that you walk across.

Be nice to be able to carry more baskets or have more spaces in each basket because they fill up rather quickly

A helmet of some sort filled with a certain amount of air would be handy for water or space explorers.

Now that i mention space i unlocked that acheivment while riding a donkey and i fell into a hole that was too tall to jump out of but i tryed jumping out of it then next thing i know i was stuck in space somehow and my donkey was nowhere to be seen. Had to let my blockhead die to get him unstuck. True story. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Hawksworld (talk) 07:06, 1 February 2016

Jets in blockheads!

Jet crafted from 3 carbon fiber blocks, 5 fur, 10 leather, 3 titanium ingots, 4 jet engines, 3 carbon fiber wings, and 3 glass.

Jet is same as jetpack but is placed on ground instead of worn, and is faster and carries up to 5 blockheads.

Electric machine upgrade

New items!

Operator: 1 normal press, 1 steel ingot, 2 copper wire (lvl 4 craft bench) Microchip: 1 silicon wafer, 2 copper ore, 20 copper wire (electric metalwork bench)

Lvl 2 upgrade for all electric smelting machines: 1 operator, 1 iron ingot

Blockhead's energy is no longer consumed while making items. The blockhead will no longer make an animation of moving hands. This upgrade also make the machine 25% faster but consumes 10% more energy.

Lvl 3 upgrade for all electric machines: 1 microchip, 2 iron ingots, 1 platinum ore, and 1 silicon wafer

My Ideas

I Have A Lot Of Ideas, Here Are A Few Of Them: Better Grammar I Would Like The Game To Have Better Grammar, I Have Noticed Some Occasions When It Says Less Instead Of Fewer, Something Like Minecraft Creative Mode Sometimes, I Want To Be Able To Easily Test Things, And Because This Does Not Currently Exist, I Can't Test These Things, Advanced Mining I Think It Would Be Cool If There Where Some Kind Of Mining Mechanism More Advanced Than A Pickaxe, For Instance, An Electric Drill, Manual Power I Think It Would Be Cool If There Where Some Kind Of Manual Power System, Where It Could Only Generate Electricity If Your Blockhead Is At It Using It, I Hope You All Like These Ideas.--Erate (talk) 19:30, 7 February 2016 (MST)

Item Naming

It Would Be Cool If Naming Items Was Added, This Could Come In Handy If You Have A Bunch Of Different Baskets And You Sort The Items In Them (I.E. One Basket For Tools, One For Blocks, One For Food ETC.), With Item Naming, You Would Be Able To Label Your Baskets "Tools" Or "Food".--Erate (talk) 22:11, 7 February 2016 (MST)

More Uses For Poison, Such As A Poisoned Blade Would Be Nice
Ooh, Here Is A Good One: Floor Spikes

You Could Craft Floor Spikes Out Of Different Materials Such As Flint And Iron, They Would Do Different Amounts Of Damage Depending On What They Are Made Of, They Would Damage Any Blockheads Or Other Things That Step On Them, And Maybe You Could Apply Poison Tips To Them, Making Them Poison Things That Step On Them.--Erate (talk) 22:17, 7 February 2016 (MST)

More Minerals, Metal Melter, And Tool Parts

More Ores And Minerals, Such As Silver And Lead, More Alloys Like Electrum, Metal Melter, It Can Melt Metals Into Liquid Form, These Molten Mettals Can Than Be Put In Casts To Make Tool Parts And Ingots, Melting Ore Would Give You Twice As Much, But It Would Take Longer, Tool Parts, For More Customized Tools, Like You Could Make Wooden Handles And Other Types Of Handles, And You Wood Make A Wooden Handle And A Flint Pickaxe Head Instead Of Just Crafting A Flint Pickaxe, Wooden Handles Wood Be Made From Sticks (WOOD Be Made From Sticks, Ha Ha, Get It?)

Better Iron Doors, Trapdoors, And Safes

I Think Iron Doors, Iron Trapdoors, And Safes, Should Each Be Sorted Into 2 Categorys: Locked, And Password Protected, Locked Ones Would Require A Blockhead To Have A Matching Key Or A Skeketon Key To Open, When Placing A Password Protected One, Ypu Will Be Required To Enter A Password, And Then You Must Type That Password In Whenever You're Opening The Chest.--Erate (talk) 22:09, 8 February 2016 (MST)

More Types Of Wood

I Think Different Kinds Of Wood From Different Types Of Trees Would Be Cool.--Erate (talk) 22:09, 8 February 2016 (MST)

Gloves And Gauntlets

I Think Gloves (Made At The Tailor's Bench) And Gauntlets (Made At The Armour Bench) Would Be Cool Ideas, The Gloves Would Make You Loose Energy Slower, And The Gauntlets Would 1: Increase The Damave You Do When You Are Not Holding Anything, And 2: Increase Your Protection.--Erate (talk) 21:25, 9 February 2016 (MST)

Player-Made Modification (Or Mods For Short)

I Know This Sounds Alot Like Minecract, But It Would Amazing If This Was Added.

i think there should more commands'''

i think there should have /Co Owner and there name and the Co Owner color will be purple and the the owner of the server color is mix with all the color that there had there should be a /give anything you can get in the game and the only the owner of server can do it
