Appearance

A ownership sign is a rectangle with a gold, metal-like texture. It is about two blocks wide and one block tall. Most of the time when placed, it is centered on one block, overlapping the adjacent block spaces. Placed adjacent to a solid block, it will shift slightly to cover two adjacent empty blocks. The text is most legible at normal or full zoom.

Where Found

A ownership sign must be crafted at a portal with one sign and three gold ingots.

Using

The purpose of an ownership sign is to protect a 31x31 area in multiplayer. It must be in place to function, and prevents players other than the sign owner and game/server administrators from changing things in the affected area. It places like a normal sign.

The area protected is centered on the space where the ownership sign is placed and extends 15 blocks up, down, and to both sides.

Once placed, the user can choose the person who can own that area. A list of names of Blockheads players who have joined that world/server will appear when choosing the owner and only one person can own that area.
