Dodo feathers are an uncommon item.

Appearance

Dodo feathers are a gradated brown with a small shaft at one end and a point at the other, somewhat resembling a leaf.

Where Found

Dodo feathers are randomly dropped by a dodo bird when it dies. This can happen spontaneously or they can be killed. As dodos are found in the vicinity of apple trees, their feathers can be found there too.

Crafting

A Blockhead can use five dodo feathers to craft one unit of the pigment Tyrian Purple at a level 2 press.

It can also be used to craft a soft bed at a level 2 tailor's bench.
