:Things like this may be hard to categorize. We are categorizing it as a creature because first and foremost that is what it is regardless of you can physically interact with it. We are trying to get away from the term "mob" because when one thinks "mob", they think Minecraft and this is not Minecraft. In the infobox, the Worm is listed as an item and we have Category tags to categorize it as a creature and as a food item, sine it is consumable.
