A campfire requires fuel to continue working. The following items will refuel a campfire to make it continue being lit and useable for crafting fire related items:
NotesA campfire has a chance of setting fire to adjacent combustibles such as wood. Be careful what blocks are set under, next to, and over it. A campfire can be used as a heat sources, melting snow and boiling water. A campfire will immediately go out with an empty fuel bar if comes into contact with water. The first time a player makes a blockhead place a campfire, they are awarded the achievement Storyteller. Salt and flatbread were added as of version 1.7. |
