The Tool Bench is one of the most important crafting surfaces in The Blockheads, as it is where tools, items for harvesting resources, can be crafted.
Where Found
A tool bench is created at a workbench (of any level) for one dirt and one flint. The tool bench created will be at its lowest level until it is upgraded. A tool bench has a total of 6 levels.

Notes
All options are viewable on a tool bench's crafting menu, but those unavailable due to its level are overlaid by the image of a lock with the required level number on it.
As upgrades are implemented, that menu option disappears.
Copper bows and arrows and crowbars were added in version 1.4.
