Use
When placing a train station, tap the center of the three spaces it will fill; no rails can be adjacent to it, and all three must be the open tops of solid blocks. All three must also have the space above them open. It is not known if it has purposes other than decoration.
Notes
A train station is not needed to use a rail handcar.
