A Pine Cone is a renewable resource item that can be planted.
Appearance
Pine Cones are a dark brown. They have a small stem on top.
Where Found
Pine Cones are found growing on pine trees located in temperate biome regions. They will sometimes fall to the ground when the block of leaves they're hanging from despawns.
Farming
Pine Cones grow seasonally on pine trees and are harvested by hand. Pine Cones may also be collected by felling the tree that bears the seed and picking them up from the ground. Agriculturally, the seed can be placed in a block of dirt or compost to grow a pine tree for farming additional pine cones.
Uses
While they aren't known to be part of any existing crafting recipe, pine cones are useful as a fuel for a campfire or kiln.
Pine cones are not edible.
