Fuel is a resource for crafting and refueling jetpacks.
Appearance
Fuel only appears in a blockhead's inventory. There it has the same drop-like shape as oil and other liquid items, but with a pale yellow-gray color.
Where Found
In addition to being purchased at a trade portal, fuel can be crafted using a refinery.

Crafting
The only uses of fuel is to craft a jetpack along with two carbon fiber wings, one jetpack chassis and two jet engines or to refuel the jetpack.
