An ember is a way to start a fire.
How to Get
Embers are crafted at a campfire.
They can also be acquired when a Blockhead meditates.
Uses
A Blockhead can apply an ember to trees or placed wooden blocks to start a fire, which consumes the ember. Once a block of a tree's trunk is despawned by the fire, the rest of the tree above it stops burning and despawns, usually dropping items.
Trivia
When an ember is used on a flammable object, it will award the achievement "Pyro".
