First acquire tin + copper and smelt them into ingots. Then at a level 1 furnace you can smelt tin and copper together to make a bronze ingot. The recipe is 2 parts copper and 1 part tin, and the amount of bronze produced is equal to the sum of the copper and tin smelted together.
