When your Blockhead meditates time passes quickly. It takes 15 minutes of real time for the meditation bar to fill completely. During this time 20 days will pass in game time.
Each time the progress bar fills the Blockhead receives one to three items. Watch your inventory to see which cell is highlighted then check that one to see what your Blockhead received. Some players have received a diamond this way.
Possible Meditating Gifts:
Energy and hunger are unchanged during meditation. Your blockhead can eat while meditating.
Meditating is useful for getting the time to change from night to day and when playing in 2 player mode because time cannot fast forward unless all Blockheads are sleeping or meditating.
