Kelp is a form of seaweed and also a renewable resource that can be used for food, farming, and crafting. When consumed, Kelp restores [[Health]] and [[Hunger]]. Kelp can also be planted in [[Sand|sand]] to grow additional Kelp or make a Kelp forest.

This organism has a green slender appearance with a long curvy thallus and leaf-like blades. They are permanently anchored to the sea floor and sway to the water current.
