New Main Menu

The opening/main menu has been revised, removing the two button single/multi player scheme and going directly to a list of worlds. On the far right are two permanent options, "Join World" and "Create World." The latter has also replaced the default world name with a randomized set of two-word (adjective/noun combination) names.
