Dodo birds are one of the easiest ways to get food and dodo meat even if raw still provides lots of hunger. Dodo birds are small and easily killed with two hits of a flint spear or bronze sword, one from an iron sword. They drop Dodo Meat and sometimes Dodo Feathers when they die.
They randomly spawn around apple trees.
