Effects
As soon as a Blockhead puts on the Skirt, its happiness bar has a minimum value of half the bar. No matter how bad the environment, how tired, or how injured it becomes, its happiness bar will not fall below half.
It cannot be dyed and will not wear out.
Where Found
Unlike most clothing, the Sunset Skirt Of Happiness is found, not made at the Tailor's Bench. It is located at the top of the West Equator pole. A Blockhead will need to use ladders or blocks to build a way to the top.
