Unlike most clothing, the Sunset Skirt Of Happiness is found, not made at the Tailor's Bench. It also cannot be dyed.
Where Found
The Sunset Skirt of Happiness is located at the top of the West Equator pole. The player will need to use ladders or blocks to construct a way to the top.
