A Blockhead's environment meter shows how the world around it affects the character.
If it's snowing the environment meter will slowly go down because the Blockhead will be cold. If it is raining the environment meter will also go down and the Blockhead will get wet. If the area is too dark the environment meter will go down. When any of those things are happening a Blockhead will either want shelter or more light. When the environment meter goes down so does a Blockhead's happiness meter, in the end slowing actions down.
