Hunger is one of five bars that the Blockheads will have in the HUD (heads up display) If the hunger bar reaches zero you will start losing Health. There are various Food items that will restore the hunger bar. Your hunger bar will deplete while walking, mining, and building. However if you have the Sunrise Hat Of Fullness on your bar will not deplete.
