When your Blockhead meditates time passes quickly. It takes 15 minutes of real time for the meditation bar to fill completely. During this time 20 days will pass in game time.
Each time the progress bar fills the Blockhead receives an item. Watch your inventory to see which cell is highlighted then check that one to see what your Blockhead received. Some players have received a diamond this way.
Energy and hunger are unchanged during meditation. Your blockhead can eat while meditating.
