Dodos are short, red / purple / white flightless birds found wandering over the ground. They occasionally squawk, but are no threat to a Blockhead.
Where Found
Dodos randomly spawn around apple trees. They will not attempt to climb a two-block change in height and remain on the ground.
Uses
Dodos are a source of three things: eggs, meat, and feathers. They will lay eggs randomly. They leave behind meat and/or feathers when they die.
Harvesting
A dodo is not a hardy creature, usually falling to two blows from a spear.
