A Dye Bench is a crafting surface that allows the dyeing of clothes to customize a Blockhead's appearance.
Where Found
A dye bench can be created at a Level 2 workbench for 1 stone, 1 bucket of water, and 1 linen. The dye bench created will be at its lowest level until it is upgraded. A dye bench has a total of 3 levels.
Products
The following items can be created using a furnace:
Level 1
Level 1 allows a Blockhead to dye clothes using only one dye per article of clothing and linen clothing.
- Dyed Linen Shirt - Hide from sun or snow. (one linen shirt, one bucket of water, one pigment)
- Dyed Linen Pants - Protect your legs. (one linen pants, one bucket of water, one pigment)
- Dyed Linen Brimmed Hat - Shade from the sun. (one linen brimmed hat, one bucket of water, one pigment)
- Dyed Linen Cap - Styley. (one linen cap, one bucket of water, one pigment)
- Upgrade to level 2 - (one bucket of water)

- Dyed Leather Jacket - Keeps you dry in rain. (one leather jacket, one bucket of water, 1-2 pigments)

Level 3 allows a Blockhead to dye clothes using one, two, or a three dye combination per article of clothing. It also adds the following options:
- Dyed Fur Coat - Warms you up. (one fur coat, one bucket of water, 1-3 pigments)
- Dyed Fur Boots - Walk fast in snow. (one fur boots, one bucket of water, 1-3 pigments)
Notes
While dying requires a bucket of water, the bucket will be returned (empty) upon completion.
