Tulip bulbs are a renewable resource food item that can be planted and consumed. When consumed, they restore health and hunger to a blockhead.

Appearance

The small seeds are similar to oil and poison in appearance, but are wider and shorter. They have a glossy mohagony color.

Where Found

Tulip bulbs are harvested from tulip located in nearly all warm biome regions.

Farming

Tulip bulbs are random products of tulip that grow seasonally and are harvested by hand or machete for maximum yield. Agriculturally, the seeds can be placed in a block of dirt, sand, or compost to grow a tulip for farming additional seeds. See tulip for more harvesting details.
