Starting equipment is the few items in a blockhead's inventory when a blockhead first arrives in a new world. A blockhead will always be warped in with a basket, five fruit, and various tools. The tool's value goes up with each blockhead spawned.

- Five pieces of fruit such as cherries or oranges
