A Coffee Cherry Tree must be found before coffee can be made.
Appearance
Typically one of the shortest trees when mature, coffee cherry trees have a mottled gray trunk and light green leaves.
A coffee cherry tree produces small purplish-red fruits known as coffee cherries.
Where Found
Coffee cherry trees spawn naturally in regions near an equator.
Farming
A coffee cherry tree can be spawned by placing a coffee cherry in an uncovered block of dirt or compost, immediately resulting in a block of foliage. With time, it will grow taller and have a trunk, although it takes a relatively long time to grow, and is recommended to be planted on compost so that the tree can grow faster.
Uses
As with most trees, sticks may be harvested from a coffee cherry tree's foliage (machete recommended) and wood from its trunk (axe recommended). It will rarely produce sticks and/or wood when it dies and despawns.
In the fall, coffee cherries may spawn on the foliage of a coffee cherry tree that's grown enough. They are harvested by hand.
