A linen brimmed hat is an article of [[clothing]] that protects a [[Blockhead]]'s head from the environment and limited climatic conditions. It is an alternative choice to the [[Linen Cap|linen cap]]. Along with the [[Linen Cap|linen cap]], the linen brimmed hat is the lowest form of protection for a Blockhead's head in the game. When equipped, a Blockhead's [[Environment Bar|environment bar]] and [[Happiness Bar|happiness bar]] will remain steady and decrease at a slower rate than an unequipped Blockhead. Over time, if a linen brimmed hat is equipped on a [[Blockhead]], the hat will slowly degrade and eventually be destroyed. Linen brimmed hats are able to be [[Dye|dyed]] to customize the appearance of a [[Blockhead]].

Linen brimmed hats can be created at a Lvl. 1 [[Tailor's Bench|tailor's bench]] and can be [[Crafting|crafted]] from 1 [[linen]].
